As the others recuperating from our ordeal,I use that time to call an old friend,back in the old days in Scottish Batalion.Captain Nicholas Chen,now a MI-6 Station Chief in Hong Kong.I’m not surprised why Abbas look for him first because he’s one of the few people that we can trust.

 

‘It’s been awhile,mate.How can I help you?’After that brief conversation,it’s time to get some answer.’Nick,I understand Abbas provide you with several intels that connected to the massacre.Is it true?’From his tone,I can feel his hesitation.’Before I’m telling this,promise me that you’re not gonna be angry.It’s something to do with your task force and Shepherd.’When I heard that last sentence,I’m a bit divided.Should I hear or immediately dismissed his information?In the end,I let my gut to decide that is to hear that piece of intel.

 

‘According to several transcripts Abbas obtain from CIA Station Chief of Moscow,it is believed that a well known private military contractor (PMC),Torchwood supplied American weapons and ammunitions to Makarov through Alejandro Rojas.The one who arranged this deal was its founder and CEO,Harold Jackson.’To hear a prestigious company to assist a terrorist is absolutely absurd.’There’s no way he will do that,Nick.’I dismissed his theory.However,Chen retorted my defence and reply,’I myself quite surprise to hear that intel but these transcripts are real.I even have several recorded conversation between him and Makarov.’It looks like Vorshevsky’s assumption over America’s involvement was true after all.But Taylor’s administration become Makarov’s scapegoat,not Torchwood or its associates.That bloody PMC is the one collaborate with ‘Kingfish’.Allen’s presence is only to strengthen public perception over America’s involvement in the massacre.

 

‘How’s Torchwood connected to us and Shepherd?’I asked.I can hear him taking a deep breath,suggesting that intel is very disturbing.’What if I tell you that Shepherd is the one who arranged the massacre by enlisting Vladimir Makarov to lead the assault.Through Jackson,he also feed him valuable intels that allow him to elude us since ‘Operation Kingfish’.’I wish I can scream as loud as I want to release my anger.’It’s a lie,Chen!He’s a patriot,there’s no way he’ll be involved in that massacre!’But he throw a spanner on my defence once again,’If it’s true he’s not involved,how Makarov know Allen’s real identity?I checked the transcript once more and find Shepherd contacted Makarov over his op for the last 2 years.He even provides Makarov with Allen’s identity,latest transcript shows that Shepherd contacted him,18 hours before the massacre.’After a few moments,he continued,’If you don’t want to trust us,fine.But with this compelling evidence,his words against ours,which one will stick?’

 

I’m still divided over this information.Should I tell the others or dismiss it altogether?Bottomline,doubt starting to appear in my mind and soul.That feeling should be removed completely,yet with these evidences,even the sane mind must somehow wonder if this is true or not.’Listen,MI-6 is currently investigating Torchwood and Shepherd.Abbas is heading back to London as being speak,probably trying to link these clues altogether.’I asked,’If it’s true ‘Caterpillar’ involved,what exactly he will achieved by pitting America against Russia?Chen replied,’You should know,your CO lost 30,000 men in Kuwait 5 years earlier.I’m sure he’s seeking revenge for his men.Besides,after suffering that huge loss,his credibility as a military leader is badly damaged.For a man like Shepherd,he will do everything necessary to restore his image and America as the dominant force on the planet.’

 

‘So what now?I asked him on my position.’If you contacted me or London,SIS want you as our eyes and ears.You cannot tell this to anyone because we believe there’s a rat among your men.’Hearing that last sentence makes me even more concern.Oh,I wish the old man still with us.’I have one for you.Rojas informed us that there’s a piece of meat that Makarov more despised than the Americans are now locked up somewhere in the gulag.’I tell Chen slowly,fearful if the others know about my conversation.I even signalled to Nikolai to remain silent on that as well.’Thanks for that intel.I shall informed the government as soon as possible.’I asked him,’What if Shepherd asking questions about it?’From his tone,I know he’s also very concern over my position.Still,he assures me,’Don’t worry about it.Leave it to the Circus to pull that string.I’m sure Shepherd might buy with their explaination.Besides,141 is not the only force that looking for Rojas.’

 

Feeling relief with that assurance,I thanked him for his intel and immediately end the conversation to avoid further complication.As I still trying to digest those intel,Nikolai asked me,’Is this something to do with that massacre?’I only nodded and reply,’Yes.But I can’t give you any details just yet.When time comes,I explain everything.’Noticing my reluctance to speak about it,he fully understand and continue his duty.To be honest,being the first to hear that bloody intel and taking a role as mole proved to be difficult to my system.I hope those intel proved to be unfounded but if it’s true,I know everyone is in jeopardy.Including me.

That day,everything change.In the last 24 hours,Boris Vorshevsky declare war on us,swearing to take the fight to our doorstep.He also told the media that they’re not afraid to face our forces,a very bold statement from Kremlin.No one dares to issue such brazen statement like that since Khrushchev.I can understand his reaction but issuing a declaration of war is a bit exaggerating.The only person who want that to happen is Vladimir Makarov.After committing a heinous crime against humanity by launching a massacre at Zakhaev International Airport,now he’s pulling strings behind the scene,urging his associates to wage war against us,base on crimes that we do not commit.

‘Mr.President,the Joint Chiefs are here.’My Chief of Staff,Warren Ellis informs me about their presence.As we headed to the Situation Room,I asked,’Any changes so far?’Ellis shake his head and replied,’No,sir.Nothing yet from Moscow.’I can feel the anger and frustration in my soul right now.Despite that declaration,I still wish there’s a chance for peace,preventing another bloody war.

Everyone is present in the Situation Room.My Vice President,George Deckert,Secretary of Defence,William Cullen,members of the Joint Staff,Director of CIA,Bruno Hirsch and other security advisors.Also present,the leading commader of Task Force 141,Lieutenant General Hershel von Shepherd.’Gentlemen,give me a sitrep on this latest development?’I asked all of them.Cullen replied,’Well Mr.President,we believe the Russians are mobilizing their troops towards the West Coast.The 6th Fleet,based in Hawaii are already on the scene.Admiral,you can take it from here.’The Chief of Naval Operations,Admiral William H.Caine continued,’We mobilized five carriers to the Pacific as being speak.Our subs are ready to strike any target as you want,Mr.President.’I’m a bit surprised with his explaination and clarify my stance,’Look,tell the subs not to use it just yet.Nuclear is when things not on our side,Admiral.The last thing I want to trigger an all out global conflict that may resulted total devastation to all.’

Deckert,surprised with my stance,immediately opposed my stance.’Look,let’s be honest,we’re now at war against Russia!Using that will show our true strength to them and to the whole world especially to Vladimir Makarov!’Furious with his statement,I rejected his overture and said,’Even if that means bring devastation to both sides,claiming thousand of lives in the process?!’After a few moments,I continued,’I’m still hoping a peace talk can occur between us and Russia.However,as long as that bloody moron is out there along with his associates in Duma and Vorshevsky’s Cabinet,peace is unlikely!If you’re committed to this government,George,then throw your support behind me!Or you can leave!Deckert is a bit surprised with my ultimatum.But eventually,he relented and accept my stance.

Then,Cullen receives a phone call at the time where everyone is still divided on waging war against Russia.As time past,his expression change.I know something is not right.’Sir,we’re just received latest intel from NORAD HQ.Russian forces appeared on the East Coast as being speak.We’re being duped!’Cullen explain it to all of us.Frustrated with this new development,I asked,’How’s that happen?!’Then Shepherd step in and answered,’I can explain that,Mr.President.48 hours ago,both CIA and NSA report that one of our satelite has gone down in Kazakhstan.I already send my men to that area to recover it before the Russians could crack it.It looks like my assumption is wrong,sir.’

With the Russian fast approaching inland,I know I need to leave the capital immediately.Not before I made several decisions.’Gentlemen,use whatever means necessary to bring these armies down!Drive these fools away from our citizens!General Shepherd,you’ll be the one on leading our defence against them.Find Vladimir Makarov,make sure he’ll pay dearly for our misery!’It’s a hard decision but with Shepherd’s vast experience,I’m sure America is in safe hands.I know some of the generals felt he’s not qualified to led our campaign against the Russians due to that nuclear detonation in Kuwait five years earlier,costing the lives of 30,000 Marines.But with his vast experience with Makarov,I know I picked the right man for this task.’I can assure you,Mr.President,America will emerge victorious against the odds.Don’t worry about Makarov.I just received intel from my men in Brazil.It seems like we can use a prisoner to lure him out from his hiding.’He assures me about it.’Do whatever you can,General!He must pay for this!’

As my men continued their search throughout the facility,I’m here with a reason.Providing our ally with vital informations,not only to help him eluding Western operatives but at the same time,exacting our revenge to the Loyalists for collaborating with Western powers,corrupting our value as a nation itself.Having talks with them is absolute rubbish.They must be exterminate at all cost.

‘Sir,we managed to crack it.The lists that you wanted.’One of my men,Sergeant Andrei Romanov show his findings to me.’Excellent work,Sergeant.These lists proved to be valuable for our campaign against them.’I praised him for his work.I then tell him to email his findings,both to our command HQ and to an address that I jotted on a piece of paper.As he send his findings,I called him to confirm our findings.’Vladimir,check your inbox.You have all the list that you want.’From his tone,I can tell he’s very satisfied with my findings.’Excellent work,Viktor.With these lists,those traitors will have no place to run now.’Then I tell him,’You should know that Western task force are looking for you,my friend.’He replied,’Let them come.With these information,no one will stop me from avenging Imran Zakhaev.Not even these fools!’

I just finished my Subuh prayer when a phone call echoed around my room.When I see the caller,I know it’s already begun.’Polyakov,what is it?’Polyakov or General Dimitri Polyakov is a leading figure in the Loyalists movement.Recently appointed as the new field commander for the Loyalist forces,with the new conflict emerges,he has the work cut out.’Mustapha,I just received intel from my men that Vladimir Makarov have obtain several dossiers,containing information over our safehouses and our representatives around the world.Two Loyalist representatives have been killed in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok respectively.’Surprised with that revelation,I immediately pressed him for answer,’How’s that happen?’Polyakov explain,’Well,I assume Makarov may have obtain it from his old colleague,probably from Spetsnaz operatives.It looks like we have our work cut out,my friend.’

I take a glance to a document,recently being handed to me by my superiors in London.They want me to lead the investigation over the massacre and Shepherd,as well as continue pursuing Vladimir Makarov.It’s going to be very difficult,after all Makarov wipe out any traces of evidence that could led it back to him.While Shepherd,his credibility appears to be intact.Everything is clean.But there’s one thing I know.No one is clean.

‘Are you still there,Mustapha?’His voice wake me from my delusion.’I’m still here,Dimitri.Do you have any information about Makarov or Shepherd?’From his tone,I know he has something.’Well,my friend.It turns out that attack is connected to a private military company (PMC).They’re the ones who supplied the weapons through Alex the Red.That PMC is Torchwood.’That company reminds me on something.It’s impossibe but on several occasion,Makarov mention Torchwood several times.He even boasted that the company is reporting directly to him in our transcript.This is no coincidence at all.It’s true after all the Americans were involved in the massacre.But not the White House.Instead,these military contractors are the ones who bring war on America’s doorstep.’Can you do me a favor,Polyakov?’I asked him for a favor.’What is it,my friend?’Puzzled with my question,he wants me to explain.’Well,I believe I have several debts that need to be collected.I want to use it against Torchwood.It will be useful for your cause,my friend.’He fully understand what I meant.’I’ll see what I can do,Captain.May God with us in this war.’I concurred with his words and continued,’So do I,Dimitri.’

It’s been a tough day for all of us.After we successfully recovered an ACS module from Tian Shan,to hear Allen’s demise is a huge shock to our system.To make things even more difficult,these Russian politicians used Allen’s presence as a reason to declare war on the West,to be exact,United States of America.He’s no spy to them.He’s just an operative,being assigned to infiltrate Vladimir Makarov’s cell to obtain enough information to bring him down for good.His disappearance will be a blessing to the world,especially to Vorshevsky’s administration.His disappearance will allow him to stamp his authority,allowing moderate factions inside Ultranationalist Party and opposition sides to further strengthen their grip on Russia.But now,everything change…Allen become a scapegoat for something the Americans do not commit…

‘The Russians ain’t gonna let this massacre go unanswered.It’s gonna get bloody.’Riley commented on Vorshevsky’s declaration of war.I concurred and said,’Too right, mate.Now,in the eyes of the world, they’re the victims.No one’s gonna say a word when the Russians club every American they can reach.’Shepherd can only shake his head in disbelief over the massacre,’Makarov was one move ahead.Now he’s left thousands of bodies at the feet of an American.’I have to say,he calculate his action very well.Makarov knows if he strike at the right place,then everything will fall to its pieces as he predicted.’We’re the only one’s who know it was Makarov’s op.Our credibility died with Allen.We need proof,sir.’I voiced my concern over this particular matter.

The old man then show us full analysis on the ammunition along with a picture,possibly our best lead to find Makarov.’Analysis show several traces of foreign elements that can only be obtain in Rio de Janeiro.One person,accroding to CIA and MI6 is the one responsible for that.Alejandro Rojas or Alex the Red.’Then Roach checked Rojas records and said,’Wanted in a dozen country including Britain and United States for providing arms to terrorist groups around the world.Pretty long rap sheet,sir.’The General agreed and continued,’That’s true.We need to grab him first.He’s our ticket to Makarov.’

As we discussed plans for our operation,a phone call suddenly interrupted our concetration.’Forgive me,sir.But there’s a phone call for Captain MacTavish.The caller said it’s urgent.’An operator apologized for that interruption.At first,I just want to tell him to ignore the call but Shepherd said to me,’Take the call,MacTavish.It might be important.’As I take the call,a familiar voice greet me,’It’s been awhile,Soap.The caller happens to be none other than Captain Mustapha Abbas.Surprised with his call,I asked,’How do you get this number?’I can hear him laughing several minutes,probably as a response to my question.’I’ll take that as a no.’Once he finally stopped,his tone becoming serious,’Listen,whatever you do,watch your own ass.Caterpillar cannot be trusted.’I surprised with his warning.Before I could retorted his suggestion,he continued,’If you want to know more,ask Nicholas Chen.He’ll tell you everything.’Then,he immediately hang up,leaving me puzzled.Is it just another joke by my old friend or a genuine warning?When I return,Shepherd asked,’Is there something wrong,Captain?’I calmly replied,’No,not at all.It’s just a warning from an old friend.He knows we’re pursuing Rojas.He wish us all the best of luck.’

As planned,in order to find his whereabouts,we decided to look Rojas assistant,Carlos Morales.Morales acted as his intermediary between his boss and customers around the world.In order to find him,we tailed a white van,who we believed might be leading us to him.’Sir,any sign of Rojas’ right hand man?’Ghost asked us through radio.Captain MacTavish can only shake his head and replied,’Negative.They’ve stopped twice already.No sign of him.’Then,the van stopped once again with Morales standing in front of a building.I whispered to him,’Sir,it’s Morales.’The Captain radioed Ghost,’Wait, they’ve stopped again.Standby.’Then,in meer seconds,mayhem ensues…

Suddenly,out of nowhere,Morales shoot the militias.Then,he shoots to every direction including our vehicle.We immediately duck to escape from that barrage of bullets.During the shootout,our driver,Cobra is shot dead by Morales.With the shootout stop,we know he’s running out of bullets.The only option is to flee from the scene.In this ensuing chaos,he can escape completely.We immediately leave our vehicle and started chasing him.At the same time,Captain MacTavish radioed the rest of the team,’Ghost, our driver’s dead!We’re on foot!Meet us at the Hotel Rio and cut him off if you can!’After several minutes,we regroup and continue our chase.’Sir,he’s heading to that alley!’One of my teammates,Balboa screamed.Knowing he’ll escape completely,the Captain urged us,’Non-lethal takedowns only!We need that bloody lad alive!’Within seconds,Morales is in my scope and I immediately shot him on the leg,causing him to fall.’He’s down.’

After several minutes,we find a workshop,itching to interrogate Morales.Ghost and the Captain interrogate him while we search through his belongings.’Tell me about your boss whereabout,Morales!’Ghost pressed him for answer.However,much to our dismay,he swearing to us,probably in Portuguese,calling us various names.’Sir,permission to kill him.’Ghost whispered to him,asking permission.However,Captain MacTavish immediately dismissed his suggestion and said,’Patient,Ghost.Sooner or later,he will talk.When the time comes,you can put many bullets as you want.’Then,one of my teammates,Royce uncover a piece of paper,possibly an address.’Sir,found it.It looks like he’s inside the favela.Looks like we have to force our way through.’However,the Captain have other plans.He called someone for several minutes,possibly asking for some favor.After a few minutes,he said,’Royce,Meat and Roach,find that piece of meat in that area.Police will be there to assist you.’I have a glance towards Morales and asked,’What about him,sir?’As Ghost sparks car battery cables,the Captain said to us,’That will take some time.All of you,proceed as we planned.We’ll catch up on you later.’

As we heading through the favela,Royce reminded us,’Be careful.Remember,there are civilians in the favela.Watch your fire out there.’With a lot of civilians in this area,we know this is going to be very difficult.Royce then tell us to shoot several times to the air to scare them away.And as expected,all of them are fleeing.At the same time,we know that gunfire will attract a whole lot of attention.As we entered the favela,firefight ensues between us and Brazilian militias.But the gunfight lasted for several minutes when we heard several police sirens approaching the area.Knowing authorities entering the area,the militias concentrate their fire towards them instead.With that distraction,we safely passed them and headed to the higher parts of the favela.

More firefight ensues by the time we reach the area.But much to our relief,Captain MacTavish and Ghost also join the chase.It looks like they’ve got what they want after all.From one firefight to another,it’s an uphill battle.To make things even worse,the militias started to use sniper rifles.This predicament forcing me,Royce and Meat to split up.’I hate to say this,but as long as these fools firing on us,there’s no way we gonna find Rojas under this circumstances.We need to split up.’I suggested to them.With back up still far away,Royce and I continue using the same route while Meat headed to the other direction to put us some distance away from these militias.And the strategic works perfectly to our favor,with Meat continue distracting them away from us,we managed to locate Rojas in a short time.

As we continue our chase throughout the favela,Rojas continues eluding us.As Meat rejoin us,Meat asked,’Where this guy got that extra energy?’Royce replied,’You have to be aware,he’s also happens to be a former Spetsnaz operative.He knows how to escape from someone’s grasp.’I can only smiled and continued,’Well,he better pray luck on his side today.’As we finally reach the highest part of the favela,Rojas is firmly in our sight.’Sir,we see Rojas.It looks like he’s heading towards an abandoned building on your section,over.’I inform him on his location.With Rojas on the top,we thought we will catch the stairs and cornered him but the Captain has it own ideas.It’s like we’re watching a scene from a movie when he crash through the window and push Rojas towards the car.We thought Rojas would die or badly wounded from that resulting impact but no.Despite being shackled,Rojas swearing to us and even managed to headbutt Ghost.We know it’s going to be a very difficult interrogation.

As I monitored members of my squad preparing Rojas for interrogation,Ghost radioed our headquarters for our extraction.However,his effort is futile.At the time we’re busy chasing Rojas throughout the favela,Russian forces invaded East Coast of United States,putting everyone by surprise.To make things even more difficult,Brazil refuse to allow America using its airspace as part of a counter attack against the fleet.’Sir,I can’t get anyone on the horn.Look’s like those fools cutting our escape avenue.’Ghost voiced his frustration.With militias starting to close in on our position,I know we have to act fast.’Let’s get Rojas talk first.I have a friend who can help us.’

‘Where’s Vladimir Makarov?’I asked Rojas.He replied,’I don’t know about him.’Then Ghost starting to press him even more,demanding an answer,’Stop bluffing us!We know you’re the one who supplied those weapons for the massacre!Cut the bloody crap and start talking!’However,he refused to divulge any information,much to our disappointment.But he did give us a way to find that piece of meat,’You should know that the only person Makarov despise,much worse than those Americans are locked up in the gulag.’Using that prisoner as a bait could lure him out from his hiding.I pressed him for more,’Can you give us the identity of that prisoner?!’Rojas answered,’The only thing I know is that Makarov called him Prisoner 627.’

With that in mind,I contact Nikolai and asked him to give us a ride,out from this hostile teritory.I thought he will forget everything about us but no.He’s still the same person that I met five years ago.’Don’t worry,my friend.I will get you and your men out from this area.’He assures me.

We leave that abandoned building,leaving behind Rojas.As we heading towards the market,Roach asked me,’What will happen to him,sir?’I replied,’Well,with those wounds,I’m not sure he can last long.If he survived,with those militias on our heels,one way or another,he will die.’And as expected,firefight ensues between us and the militias.Even with the presence of the police,it seems these fools refuse to give up.As we heading towards the market,our original exfil point,the militias use technicals,machine guns and snipers,relentlessly trying to kill us.To make things even more difficult,when we did reach our exfil point,Nikolai could not land his Pave Low due to heavy fire from these b@#$%!)(.’Nikolai wave off,wave off!We’ll meet you at the secondary LZ instead!Go!’I tell him to leave and wait for us at secondary exfil point.

We climb the rooftops and headed straight to the Pave Low.However,between us and Nikolai,lies an alley that separate us from our building.All of us managed to jump past it except Roach.I shouted to him,’Roach!Roach!Wake up!’As he started to recover,more militias closing in on his location.Ghost pointed his finger towards their location,’Roach!We can see them from the chopper!They’re coming for you,dozens of ’em!’The only way to escape is by climbing the rooftops and make a run to the chopper.We have only a window and with gas running low,Roach had to act fast.’Roach!There’s too many of them!Get the hell out of there and find a way to the rooftops!Move! Run for it! Get to the rooftops!’As Roach continue running towards us,I tell them to drop the ladder.’Sir,I’m in position in ten seconds!Get ready!’Roach informed us.Despite continuous gunfire,Roach managed to jump on the ladder and hold it very firmly.’Where to,John?’He asked.’Just get us to the sub.’After a few moments,I continued,’By the way,I need to use your mobile.I need to contact someone.If you don’t mind?’Nikolai accepted my request,’No problem,my friend.’

It’s just another day in the office.That day,I had a meeting with my Malaysian counterpart,Dr.Yusuf Qutb here in Downing Street.This is his second visit to Britain this year,further strengthen our relationship with them.Due to this close relationship,allow us to establish our image as a moderate,developed nation to other countries.Today,both Yusuf and I held a meeting to discuss issues involving our nation including ways to deal with the Ultranationalist led-government in Moscow.’In my opinion,Adam,despite I’m fully aware that clouds of war is looming once again in this hemisphere,there must be a way to defuse the situation.Vorshevsky is different,compare to Zakhaev or his rival,Vitaly Kerzhakov.He’s a peace lover,Adam.’Yusuf voiced his opinion on the Ultranationalists.However,I immediately shot down his optimism,’It’s true Vorshevsky is far more different than Zakhaev and Kerzhakov.However,you have to understand,inside Duma and the Cabinet itself,most of them are hardliners,Zakhaev supporters since the beginning of the first civil war.For them,having peace with us is absolutely impossible.’But he retorted my assumption,’I have to agree on you that.But don’t you want to give them a chance?Believe me,the Russians had enough watching bloodsheds and feud between them.At least,give them a chance.’His words give me a food for thought.Perhaps,the Ultranationalists should be given a chance,with certain conditions will be imposed should they want to proceed.

Then,a phone call interrupt our meeting.’Forgive me,sir.I have to take this.’My Chief of Staff,Anthony Dann apologized before answering the call.After a few minutes,his face is changing.I know something is going on….’Forgive me,sir.But I believe you need to have a look on something.’I asked,’Is this something to do with your phone call?’He nodded instantly.He then switched on the telly and change the channel to BBC News.And my word,on that day,both Yusuf and I,my Cabinet members,Malaysian delegates and other personnel are speechless.On that day,our sworn enemy,Vladimir Makarov and his crew launch a devastating attack on Zakhaev International Airport,killing at least 250 people.Most of these victims are civilians and security personnel.However,one information from that news strike us hard,very hard.

‘Russian officials believe this attack may have been sponsored by the United States.This is because one of the terrorist who died during the firefight with authorities is an American soldier.Authorities identified the deceased as Private First Class (PFC) Joseph Allen of US Army Rangers.Officials also claimed in order to cover their involvement,US government send a clean up team to eliminate Vladimir Makarov.Amateur footage shows a firefight ensues between Makarov’s men with foreign operatives several kilometre from the airport.No comment from Graham Taylor’s administration at the moment.But with this new development,any talks for reconciliation is being put off indefinitely by Vorshevsky’s administration.’

‘Ladies and gentlemen,today the world become a witness to a terrible event that killed 250 people.The massacre at Zakhaev International Airport is a tragedy to humanity itself.On the behalf of the government,I will like to offer my sincere condolence to the Russian government.We will lend a hand in their effort to apprehend the mastermind behind this tragedy,Vladimir Makarov and his accomplices.Vladimir Makarov is a terrorist.There is no place for him in our society.Rest assure,we will work on this together to bring this madman down and bringing him to justice for his crimes against humanity.Thank you.’

That’s my initial statement to the press in reaction to that attack.To be honest,it’s hard to issue those statements after witnessing those heartbreaking footage.Still,that speech is enough to make Vorshevsky to make a phone call to my office.’I appreaciate your condolence,Mr.Prime Minister.I really do.’I replied,’I’m just carrying my duty,Mr.President.I hope Makarov is captured as soon as possible along with his accomplices.’He concurred and said,’I hope that as well,Mr.Lang.’

After that brief conversation,it’s time to focus on that attack.Everyone is demanding an answer.Along with me are members of the Cabinet including Defence Minister,Alastair Dulwich,newly appointed Foreign Secretary,Thomas Raj,SIS Chief,Jason Clarkson,Director of MI-6,Muhammad Bakr and Director of MI-5,Gavin Sterling.’Gentlemen,as I fully aware,several months ago,all of you have warned us about Makarov’s impending attack.How he managed to do that?!’Clarkson asnwered,’Sir,we believe Makarov may received some assistance in order to succeed in this attack.It’s possible someone is feeding him information,enough for him to elude us and other Western operatives,sir.’After a few moments,he continued,’I’ll let Captain Abbas to explain.’Clarkson then tell his men to setup a link between us and Istanbul.Thomas asked,’I’m being informed that your operative is in Moscow.Why you setup a link to that location?’It’s Bakr’s turn to reply,’Well,sir.After all this commotion,I decided to tell them to leave Moscow immediately.We cannot take any risk,Mr.Secretary.’

‘Comms in 3,2,1.Director,you’re with Captain Abbas.’Satisfied with that,Clarkson allows me to speak with him.’Captain,I believe everyone is looking for answers.Can you brief us on the attack?’Abbas nodded and said,’No problem,sir.As far as we know,based on the footage and evidence recovered from the scene,Makarov’s the one who committed this assault.There are things that still puzzling us.First,the presence of CIA mole on the scene.Then,how they managed to obtain those American weapons because we know America will only sell it to their army only.They have acts that prevented them from selling to other foregin countries.’I asked again,’What about the firefight outside the airport between the terrorists and American operatives?’He immediately replied,’Sir,that firefight is from us.We’re the ones who attack the ambulance.One of my operatives spotted that one of Makarov’s crew happens to be working in a local diner.He tells me that he’s the one who drove the ambulance,leading to that attack.’Still not satisfied with his excuse,I asked,’Any other reason that justified your assault because of that,America is suspected for organizing that attack!’He instantly replied,’Sir,with all due respect,we act based on informations that we gather.In his safehouse,we found several photos about it.We know in order to cover their escape,they need a vehicle to blend themselves in.An ambulance will suit their needs perfectly.Sir,they planned everything about it!’

I asked Raj,’Mr.Secretary,your opinion on this?’He replied,’Well,sir.I believe this is a statement from the Russian government itself,not from Vorshevsky himself.I think he’s been outmaneuvered by his officials.It’s possible these officials are colluding with Makarov as well,sir.’Then I switched my focus towards other members of the Cabinet,’Ladies and gentlemen,I think we need to decide what is best for us and for our allies.We need to make a right call on this.’For the next hour,every single one of them deliver their opinion.At times,we argued about certain sticking points that could drag us to this.But in the end,all is well.After the meeting is over,I tell Dann,’Call the press.I have an announcement to made.’

Outside Downing Street,journalists appeared,waiting patiently to throw some questions to me.I don’t have a mood to take any question today,not only because what happen today.I’m still reeling from that revelation,made by our intelligence service.It looks like Vladimir Makarov is starting to increase his influence outside Russia.I just hope there are no traitors in our ranks.Otherwise,this is personal.He’s my enemy!

‘I will not take any questions today.From this moment,any kind of relationship with Russia will be suspended indefinitely.Our ambassador to Moscow will be recalled home.This will also applied to Russian ambassador as well.Although I have to admit,this decision is very painful but I believe I do what is the right thing to do.Thank you….’

The press swarmed me,trying to get any comment from me.But their efforts are futile as I remain silent and head back inside.Once inside,Manning asked,’It’s a huge gamble,Adam.Not sure people will take that easily.’I replied,’Alan,we know Taylor’s administration is innocent.They’re just a scapegoat for Vladimir Makarov.Trust me,the truth will prevail…..’

Two days ago,several 141 operatives led by Soap manage to retrieve the ACS module in Tian Shan Mountain,Kazakhstan.It’s a huge relief for United States because if the Russians manage to crack it,their entire defence will be jeopardy.However,there are things that still troubles me.Why that bloody satelite,in this case,happens to be near to Russian military base in Tian Shan?According to analysts in London and Langley respectively,there’s nothing wrong with the satelite.Even closer examination on the module reveals nothing at all.Everything looks normal from our view.However,the Circus wants me to continue investigating this incident because they fear the module may have been compromised already.In these times,anything can happen including possibility of a new World War….With Makarov is on the loose,even a small spark is enough to ignite a wildfire……

But then,a memory appears on my head.A reminder from an old friend,a few months ago….’I received intel from my men in Makarov’s camp.It’s about his latest op.According to my sources,Makarov’s planning big.He said his operation will change everything that we know.Enough to force global powers into war.’Then,I see our tracer stop at Zakhaev International Airport.I know immediately,with a massacre occurred on Russian soil,possibility of war is starting to become a reality.I knew I need to act fast.’Gates,notified the Russians ASAP!Makarov is planning a massacre in the airport!’I tell him to report Makarov’s presence in the airport,hoping that their presence could halt his plan.But I know,it will not be easy because Makarov is very determined to ensure its success.

That day,I lost count how many people that we murdered.But with thousand of rounds being unleashed towards them,casualties will reach the new heights.I don’t have any grudge with any of them.For me,their deaths will create a path that could restore our superiority over the West and our greatness as a nation itself.For me,their deaths are just statistics.Trust me,people will forget these stats when Russians slaughtered the Americans….

As we leave the airport,FSB personnel started to flood in the area.Borodin asked,’It looks like FSBs are waiting for us,Makarov.’To see their huge presence is intimidating but their numbers are nothing compare to our firepower.I can only laugh and replied,’With these weapons,Alexei,nothing could stop us from escaping.Not even the FSB!’I then tell them to check their weapons and explosives before we leave the terminal.Viktor commented on their presence,’I’ve waited a long time for this.’I replied,’Haven’t we all.’As we reach outside,FSB approaching us with their formation,forcing me to said,’F.S.B. – take ’em out.’At first,it’s very difficult to break their resistance but then Borodin suggested,’Makarov,we can use these shields to force our way!’Borodin,Viktor and I use the shields while Kiril and Lev use their machine guns towards them.It work like a charm…..After that intense thirty minutes,we finally made it to our escape vehicle.One of our escape driver,Anatoly approached us,’Good you made it!Get in!We sent a strong message with this attack,Makarov.’All of us including Borodin entered our vehicle,an ambulance.When it comes to Borodin,he thought I will help him to climb inside.Instead,I shoot him in the same manner like Yuri.Everyone is shocked but I tell them,’Move.His death will be a message to all.’As we leave,I continued,’The American thought he could deceive us.When they find that body… all of Russia will cry for war.’

 

However,our joy only lasted several minutes when our vehicle is suddenly under attack.Gunfire showered our vehicle.’Stop the vehicle now!’I ordered them to stop.But Anatoly angrily dismissed my request,’Are you crazy,Vladimir?We’ll be dead if we stop!’Angered by his refusal,I point my gun to him and said,’Just stop the vehicle!’As we stop,I can see several operatives,possibly Western operatives shooting towards us.One of them happens to be part of Bravo Team,Mustapha Abbas.Knowing the firefight will attract a lot more attention,I said,’Throw some smoke bombs along the way.That should buy us some time!’Several smoke bombs are throwed towards them,forcing them to wear gas masks and stop firing….While they’re busy with that,we hijack another car and make our escape……..

Ever since the old man’s disappearance in Ukraine 4 years earlier,everyone assume that he’s already.In my opinion,not so much.I know lies deep in my heart,there’s still hope he might possibly alive.If I do have some spare time,I use that opportunity to find him,using my contacts in the underworld and the world of espionage.Unfortunately,no one is talking.It seems like they feared if they leaked this information either to me or Kamarov,they might find themselves in a very sticky situation.Makarov may be ousted from Vorshevsky’s administration but it seems he’s more powerful on this level.

Suddenly,my phone is ringing,shooting my thoughts over the old man..’I’m coming…!’As I reach it and read the caller’s name,I know something is up at the moment.’привет,my friend.You have anything solid,mate?’At the other end,Kamarov can only laughed.He knows,with that kind of phrase,I’m not in the mood to entertain any petty matters.’Yes,I have something for you.A warning to your government and to our allies.But I cannot speak here.’From his tone,I know it’s really important.’Usual place,I presumed?’I asked…However,Kamarov disagreed,’No.I don’t think we should meet there.Meet me at Moscow Cafe in fifteen minutes.Just be there.’

As promised,here I am.However,much to my dismay,Kamarov is not present.After several minutes,he finally arrived.However,his body language suggest otherwise.From his looks and gestures,I know he’s being followed by several people.’Hope I do not make you wait,Captain.’He quietly apologize for being late.’No..you’re not.I’m only being here for several minutes.’I shrugged off his concern.Then I asked,’I assume your lateness is to elude people who follow you?’He nodded and replied,’Your assumption is correct,Captain.I believed I’ve being followed by Makarov’s men.’I make a guess,’Is this something to do with your intel?’He nodded again.Then,we see a couple entering the cafe.Their behavior seems normal but Kamarov warns me,’Don’t be fooled by their appearance.That couple is working for Inner Circle.I heard they mention Makarov’s name while making a call ten minutes ago.’

 

We decided to leave,testing whether Kamarov’s theory is correct or not.But as we hit the street,the same couple followed us once again.’Let’s split up….I’m gonna intercept them in that alley.Just get ready.’I explained my plan to him.With situation is not in our favor,Kamarov agreed to become a bait to lure them towards the trap.As we pass the Red Square,I leave Kamarov and use a shortcut to intercept the couple before Kamarov.And as expected,they continued to follow him with the woman hiding her supressed pistol behind her purse.’Abbas,now.’He tells me to act,which I did.She tried to shoot me but I immediately incapasitate her with ease.As for Kamarov,he doesn’t face any problem as well.’Called the police…I’m sure they want this.’He tells me to call the authorities.As I called them,I realized how valuable this information is.If not,why Makarov will go to such length to prevent it from being intercepted either by the Loyalists or Western intelligences.

The next morning,I relay that information to the Circus.And as expected,I’m being ridiculed for relaying such information to them.However,the newly appointed head of SIS,Jason Clarkson has other opinion.’Captain,is this intel solid or is this just another ruse by Vladimir Makarov?’I dismissed his suggestions and replied,’No,sir.If it’s true this is just another ruse,then why Makarov send his men to kill me and Kamarov?I suggest,we should keep a close eye to any high valuable targets around the world especially in Europe.Kamarov wants us to take this matter seriously.If we don’t prevent this from happening,global superpowers might find themselves at war with each other.’Director of MI-5,Gavin Sterling however blasted my assessment,’Your assessment is poor,Captain.With that information,how we supposed to put ourselves ready against this so-called imminent threat?Surely,the government and the Parliament may questioned the need to use those funds.’However,Director Clarkson retorted his suggestion,’I agree with you.But,it’s best to be sorry now rather than later.At least,we’re on guard to deal the threat,created by ‘Kingfish’.’Other directors including my own boss,head of MI-6,Muhammad Bakr supported his stance.

 

After discussing for several minutes,the Circus inform me to conduct full inquiry over Makarov’s latest operation.Personally,it’s a huge victory against these so-called bureaucrats.At least,they take note and acted immediately to eliminate any threat towards us and our allies.However,Kamarov’s words really disturbs me..Is he really serious to drag us into that bloody quagmire once more?!…

Downgrading Ties : Is It Good For Iran?

Several days ago,in respond to the report announced by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA),Iran decided to downgrade its tie with Britain.This later led to an assault on British Consulate by Iranian students who felt British do not deserve to be in their home soil due to their support for additional sanction towards Iran.Since then,both sides tirelessly tried to defuse the ongoing row between both nations,saying despite their differences in a number of issues,they still committed to keep their ties.As an observer,I can understand the reason Iranians attacked British Consulate to express their frustration and anguish towards the West.They felt the report published this week is absolutely bias and malicious towards Iran’s cause.They also felt efforts led by America and Israel are nothing more to destroy their pride as a nation and further stamped their authorities in Middle East.But this assault is not the best solution for your country.For how long you want to see your beloved country appeared in mainstream media for plenty of wrong reason?If I were your president,I’ll be honest about our nuclear program and even invited foreign leaders to witness our own facility with their very own eyes.For years,media has painted Iran in a very bad image.To remove those images,it’s better for you to come clean about it.At the same time,Iran should drag Israel together because for the last several years,Israel believed may have possessed nuclear warheads in their arsenal and they refused to allow IAEA inspectors to inspect their facility.What a better way for Iran than humiliate his opponent by showing his aces and come clean over its nuclear program while forcing its worst enemy to do the same?Iranians want a fair treatment towards their beloved nation because while they continue to face further sanctions from the West,Israel instead continued its program and receive assistance from their allies in the other side of Mediterranean and Atlantic.They clearly stated their program is to generate electricity to reduce their energy cost while Israelis refused to disclose their program openly.Every single person on the planet want IAEA to be fair to everyone including Israel.If Iran face sanction over this matter,then Israel should suffer as well.People will say my post may sound bias and partial but let’s put thinking cap on your head and think,why Israel refuse to sign a treaty that banned the production of nuclear weapons?Why Israel prevented any IAEA inspectors from inspecting their facility if it’s true they have nothing to hide?Most importantly,is it true Iran is a new threat to everyone while the real foe is hiding behind the shadow?Ask yourself that before commenting on this issue.Lastly,my apologies if my post seems a bit harsh but there is a need in me to express my opinion on this issue.
